1. About these terms

These Terms of Use cover the Razil brand website and Razil utility apps, including PDF, scanner and QR tools. “Razil”, “we” and “our” refer to the provider of these services. App-specific terms presented with a particular feature or official app listing may also apply.

These pages are a draft for review. The legal identity of the service provider and any market-specific provisions must be confirmed before these terms are finalized.

2. Eligibility and access

You must have the legal capacity required to use the service in your location. If you are a minor, use the service only where permitted by applicable law and with the involvement of a parent or guardian when required. App-store age ratings and app-specific requirements also apply.

Obtain Razil apps through verified official channels. Availability, compatibility and features can vary by device, operating system, region and app version.

3. Permission to use the services

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the website and apps for their intended purposes. This does not transfer ownership of Razil software, branding or other protected material.

Do not copy, resell, distribute or modify protected parts of the services without permission. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law; these terms do not limit rights that applicable law expressly gives you.

4. Your documents and other content

You retain ownership of documents, images, scans, QR content and other material that you provide. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to process or share that material and for complying with applicable law.

Check important conversions, scans and extracted information before relying on them. Keep appropriate backups. Review files and recipients before sharing, and inspect a QR destination before opening it. Razil utility tools do not replace professional advice or independent verification.

The way personal information is processed is described in the Privacy Policy. Document upload and local-processing details are app-specific and remain under review in that draft.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for unlawful purposes or to infringe another person’s rights.
• Process or distribute malware or harmful content through the services.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data or accounts.
• Disrupt the services or bypass legitimate security and access controls.
• Misrepresent your relationship with Razil or impersonate another person.
• Use automation in a way that abuses or materially interferes with the services.

6. Permissions and device responsibilities

Some features require permissions such as camera access or access to selected files and photos. You control these permissions through your device settings. Declining or revoking a permission may limit the related feature.

You are responsible for your device, network connection and any related charges. Review prompts before deleting, replacing, exporting or sharing files.

7. Advertising and external services

Razil apps use advertising SDKs, Adjust, Firebase services and Firebase Crashlytics. Ads, attribution, service functionality and diagnostics may involve third parties. Their privacy information is linked or described in our Privacy Policy.

Advertisements, external websites and QR destinations may be operated by others. A link or advertisement is not an endorsement. Any transaction or interaction with an external provider is governed by the terms that apply to that provider.

8. Paid features, if offered

If a particular app offers paid features, in-app purchases or subscriptions, the applicable price, billing period, renewal conditions and purchase terms must be shown before purchase. Do not assume that every Razil app offers paid features.

Purchases handled through an app store are subject to that store’s payment and refund rules and any mandatory consumer rights. Manage subscriptions through the platform used to buy them. Removing an app does not by itself cancel an existing subscription.

9. Intellectual property

Razil branding, website design, software and related materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Rights not expressly granted remain with their respective owners. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to Razil.

10. Updates and availability

Services and features may change over time. Updates may be needed for compatibility, security or performance. We cannot promise that every feature will always be available on every device or that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes affecting paid services remain subject to the purchase terms and applicable consumer law.

11. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Outputs can contain errors or omissions. You remain responsible for checking results and deciding whether they meet your needs.

To the extent permitted by law, Razil is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer protections.

12. Stopping use and restrictions

You can stop using the website or uninstall an app at any time. Where lawful and appropriate, access may be limited if use violates these terms, creates a security risk or harms other users.

Stopping use does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription or erase information already processed by service providers. See the relevant platform settings and our retention and deletion information.

13. Disputes and mandatory rights

If you have a concern, contact us at test@gmail.com with the app name and a description of the issue. We encourage an initial attempt to resolve concerns through direct communication.

Applicable law and any mandatory consumer or privacy protections govern your rights. This draft does not choose an exclusive court, impose binding arbitration or specify a governing jurisdiction; those provisions require confirmation of the service provider and intended markets.

14. Changes to these terms

The latest revision date appears at the top of this page. We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the services or applicable requirements. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Changes do not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
