1. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy describes the Razil brand website and Razil utility apps, including PDF, scanner and QR tools. In this policy, “Razil”, “we” and “our” refer to the provider of those services. The information processed depends on the app, platform, features you use and the permissions you allow.
The website and mobile apps have different functions. Advertising, attribution and crash-reporting SDKs described below are used in our apps; they are not embedded in these website pages.
2. Information involved in our services
- Information you send us. When you contact us, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to provide. Please avoid sending sensitive documents unless they are necessary for your request.
- Device and technical information. App services and integrated SDKs may process IP addresses, device model, operating system, app version, language, installation identifiers and advertising identifiers, depending on their configuration and your choices.
- Usage and advertising events. These may include app launches, feature interactions, installation attribution, ad impressions and ad clicks.
- Crash and diagnostic information. Firebase Crashlytics processes crash traces, installation identifiers and technical information to help identify errors and improve stability.
- Files and camera input. PDF, scanning and QR features work with documents, images, camera input or code content that you select or capture. The local-processing and upload details for each app must be confirmed before this draft is finalized.
Visiting the website also involves network requests to its hosting and security providers. IP addresses, browser information and request details may be processed to deliver and protect the site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts; those requests are subject to Google’s privacy practices.
3. Why information is processed
Information is used, as relevant to the service, to:
- Provide utility features and respond to actions you initiate.
- Understand app performance and improve usability.
- Diagnose crashes and fix technical problems.
- Measure app installations and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
- Deliver advertising, measure ad interactions and help prevent advertising fraud.
- Respond to support requests and protect the services against abuse.
- Meet applicable legal obligations.
Where consent is required for particular processing, the applicable consent choice must be respected. Other processing may be necessary to provide a requested service, meet a legal obligation or support legitimate operational purposes, where applicable law permits. The legal bases and regional disclosures require review for the countries in which the apps are offered.
4. Third-party services
Razil apps integrate the following service categories. Their data handling depends on the SDK version, app configuration and consent settings.
Advertising SDKs
Advertising services may process device and advertising identifiers, IP addresses, ad interactions and technical signals to deliver and measure ads. The specific advertising provider names and their policy links are awaiting confirmation.
Adjust
Adjust is used for installation attribution and campaign measurement. It may process device identifiers and app events, subject to the app’s configuration and applicable privacy choices. Read Adjust’s Privacy Policy.
Firebase
Firebase services support app functionality and measurement. Which Firebase products and events are enabled varies by app and must be reflected in the app’s final disclosures. Read Firebase’s privacy information and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Firebase Crashlytics
Crashlytics helps us investigate crashes using crash traces, installation identifiers and device information. Its processing and retention are explained in Firebase’s privacy information.
Opening an external website, following a QR destination or sharing a file with another service brings that service’s own privacy practices into scope. Review the destination before sharing information.
5. Permissions and your files
Camera access may be needed to scan documents or QR codes. Access to photos or selected files may be needed to open, import, convert, save or share content. The permissions required vary by app and operating-system version.
You can review and revoke permissions in your device settings. If you decline a permission, the related feature may not work. Keep backups of important files and check the destination and content before sharing. Do not assume that every feature works offline; app-specific processing details remain under review in this draft.
6. Advertising and privacy choices
Depending on your device, region and the app, privacy choices may include an in-app consent prompt, an operating-system tracking permission, and controls to reset or delete an advertising identifier. Use the available device and app settings to manage these choices.
Restricting personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements or stop the technical processing needed to display, measure or secure them. Contact us if you need help identifying the controls that apply to a particular Razil app.
8. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the type of information, why it is processed, applicable legal requirements and the service provider involved. Information should be kept only for as long as necessary for its stated purpose. App-specific retention schedules are still being reviewed.
You can manage files stored on your device through the relevant app or device tools. Deleting local files or uninstalling an app does not automatically delete information already processed by a third-party service. To ask about access, retention or deletion, email test@gmail.com and identify the app and your request. Do not send passwords or full sensitive documents.
9. Security and international processing
Internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Take care when sharing files, following QR links or sending support attachments.
Third-party services may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable safeguards and transfer arrangements depend on the provider and the countries involved. The operational safeguards and transfer disclosures for Razil are subject to confirmation before this draft is finalized.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, receive a copy, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was withdrawn.
Send requests to test@gmail.com. We may need enough information to locate the relevant records and verify that a request comes from the appropriate person. You may also be entitled to contact a local data-protection authority. Regional requirements will be added once the service provider and intended markets are confirmed.
11. Children
The website introduces general-purpose utility apps. Each app’s intended audience and applicable age requirements must be confirmed before this draft is finalized. If you believe that a child’s information has been collected improperly through a Razil service, contact test@gmail.com with the app name and relevant details.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to services, providers or legal requirements. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
For rules about using the services, see our Terms of Use.
